The project is located in the coastline of Urla which is used by sailing frequently. The arrangement of building and linkages mimics the relationship of sea and canal with vehicle and pedestrian roads. Whole building is divided and distributed to the whole site and the access between the masses are provided by glass mini courtyards. These spaces include all circulation elements both vertical and horizontal. The canal which exists on site is continued as designing another water element which serves a function for creating spatial refinement.
